The golf course is <br /> expected to be an enterprise program which means that costs of the <br /> operation will be funded with revenues. A Golf Course Superintendent will <br /> be hired during the time of construction to assist in the overseeing of the <br /> irrigation, turf establishment and grow-in stages. The Golf Course <br /> Superintendent will also begin to choose appropriate equipment and <br /> materials for the operation of a golf course and driving range. Additional <br /> seasonal golf course personnel will be added when the course opens. The <br /> initial cost of the Golf Course Superintendent will need to be absorbed by <br /> the City until such time that the golf course opens and revenues are <br /> collected.
