{ <br /> • <br /> DISTRICT 4 <br /> District 4, located in the extreme northeast corner of the City <br /> is bordered on the south and west by New Highway 10 and on the <br /> east by the City of Blaine. This District includes approximately <br /> 100 acres of land which is predominantly wetland and includes <br /> Judicial Ditch No. 1 flowing through the area. The balance of <br /> the District is comprised of an industrial development and <br /> additional property zoned for industrial use. <br /> Along with New Highway 10, the transportation needs of the <br /> District are serviced by Interstate 35W and County Road J. The <br /> realignment of County Road J, as part of the New Highway 10 <br /> development,--will-not--have--any---significant affect--on-the-traf-fic- <br /> patterns in the District. <br /> The wetlands area of the District have been designated by the <br /> City to be protected for recreational and conservancy purposes . <br /> Eventual development of the land is dependant upon the result of <br /> a study to determine the most appropriate use. <br /> Rev. 8/91 17 <br />
