Chapter 40.10 Subdivision D (6) of the Mounds <br />View Municipal Code allows for the construction of accessory buildings <br />exceeding 216 square feet but, not larger than 400 square feet, with the <br />issuance of a conditional use permit. Mr. Pederson has made such <br />application for a 400 square foot building. <br />The request, as proposed, meets all applicable requirements set forth in <br />the Mounds View Municipal Code including, but not limited to, height, area <br />and setbacks. The Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed this <br />request and recommended approval in Planning Commission Resolution No. 366- <br />93. <br />All materials received by Staff as part of this application are provided <br />for your review. I have also included City Council Resolution No. 4421 for <br />your consideration.
