I consulted the "Traffic <br />Engineering Handbook" which is published by the Institute of <br />Transportation Engineers; they recommend a minimum inside turning <br />radius of 15 feet - which is the figure the applicant has proposed. <br />Since the meeting of September 7, the applicant has provided Staff <br />with full size plans of the site. A set of these plans has been <br />included for your review. <br />I have also included City Council Resolution No. 4422 for your <br />consideration.
