Money saved in this <br />project could possibly be spent in a more effective way on the new City <br />Hall expansion. This removal project would consist of a 3-4 men minimal <br />work crew, for a full day which would delay the current day's job, ie. <br />sewer televising and cleaning.) <br />Michael Ulrich, Public Works Supervisor <br />RECOMMENDATION: Award bid to Dave Wallace for the total amount of <br />$5,516.00 ($1,650.00 - removal and $3,866.00 - replace) for concrete <br />work to be transferred from contingency acct #100-4500-910 to acct #100- <br />4190-121. Use in-house Staff to remove existing concrete entry walk. <br />
