A similar sewer easement with the mortgage <br />company was not vacated and now places an encumbrance on the property. <br />The City is being asked to formally vacate the easement that should have <br />been vacated simultaneously with the other vacation. <br />The attorney for the homeowner has drafted a resolution outlining the <br />required action. Jim Thomson will be revising the resolution for <br />consistency of procedure and process, but it appears that this is a <br />relatively simple housekeeping measure. <br />Depending on the date of the homeowner's closing, it may be necessary to <br />call the meeting to order on Monday to approve the revised resolution. Jim <br />advised the attorney that the next meeting for formal action is on October <br />lath. <br />The revised resolution will be available Monday night, but I am including <br />the current documentation for your review. <br />i <br />Samantha Orduno, City Administrator <br />RECOMMENDATION. <br />
