In January, staff will prepare an end of the <br />year update to the goals and additional accomplishments. <br />ADMINISTRATION <br />Golf Course Development <br />Over the past three months, the land acquisition process has been <br />completed, now moving the process into the appropriation phase as we begin <br />to complete the necessary arrangements for a negotiated revenue bond sale. <br />The Task Force has met numerous times over the past three months to <br />finalize the Master Plan and determine the final construction/fee costs. <br />In this time, the Task Force has reduced the total costs of the course by <br />over $400,000 and $1,000,000 from last year's estimates. <br />The Clean-up of the site is slated for October 9th at 8:00 <br />a.m..............See you there!. <br />Revenue Resources <br />Another very time consuming and involved activity for the past few months <br />has been the research and process activities devoted to the street light <br />and surface water management utility proposals. The Administration staff, <br />together with Rocky Keene of SEH, spent a great deal of time preparing the <br />various financing scenarios requested by the Council in regards to the SWM <br />proposal.
