Chapter 40. 10 Subdivision D (6) of the Mounds <br /> View Municipal Code allows for the construction of accessory buildings <br /> exceeding 216 square feet but, not larger than 400 square feet, with the <br /> issuance of a conditional use permit. Mr. Pederson has made such <br /> application for a 400 square foot building. <br /> The request, as proposed, meets all applicable requirements set forth in <br /> the Mounds View Municipal Code including, but not limited to, height, area <br /> and setbacks. The Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed this <br /> request and recommended approval in Planning Commission Resolution No. 366- <br /> 93 . <br /> All materials received by Staff as part of this application are provided <br /> for your review. I have also included City Council Resolution No. 4421 for <br /> your consideration.
