RESOLUTION NO. 4422 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST FOR A <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BY GATEWAY FOODS, <br /> 2390 HIGHWAY 10, MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 362-93 <br /> WHEREAS, Gateway Foods has requested City approval <br /> to construct a free standing, pre-fabricated, fully automated, <br /> self-service_ car_-wash__in__the_City_-of Mounds View; and <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 40 of the Mounds View Municipal <br /> Code allows car wash uses in the B-3 , Highway Commercial <br /> District; and <br /> WHEREAS, the development, as proposed, requires a <br /> conditional use permit; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed <br /> the following documents regarding this development proposal: <br /> a) Site Plan Dated June 15, 1993 <br /> b) Building Elevations Dated April 30, 1993 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the <br /> conditional use permit request is in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the Municipal Code, specifically Chapters 40, <br /> 42 , 49 and 49A and State Statutes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br /> reviewed the request and recommended approval in Resolution <br /> No. 367-93 . <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE-IT RESOLVED that-the-Mounds View <br /> 0 - • •roves the conditional use permit contingent <br /> upon the following: <br /> 1. Landscaping, as approved by the City Forester, <br /> shall be installed along the South property <br /> line. <br /> 2._-- _The_facilit-y_must,__at-all times, be in _ -_- <br /> compliance with State Laws and Minnesota <br /> Pollution Control Agency Standards for air <br /> quality and noise. <br />
