Use in House Staf • Remove Existing Concrete Entry Walk <br /> Administrator's Review/Recommendation: <br /> / <br /> - No comments to supplement this report <br /> - Comments attached. <br />-Explanation/Summary-(attach supplement-s . ,ecessary.) <br /> SUMMARY; <br /> As discussed at previous Council Meetings, Staff had requested to obtain <br /> front entry sidewalk replacement bids for submission, they are as <br /> follows : <br /> Dave Wallace <br /> Remove existing entry area: $1, 650 . 00 <br /> Replace entry area plus <br /> sidewalk to West sidewalk: $3 , 866 . 00 <br /> Total $5, 516 . 00 <br /> A to Z Cement : <br /> Remove existing entry area: $1, 482 . 00 <br /> Replace entry area plus <br /> sidewalk to West sidewalk: $5, 389 . 00 <br /> Total $6, 871 . 00 <br /> The City can save $1, 650 . 00 should Council agree to have in-house Staff <br /> remove sidewalk and dispose of old concrete . Money saved in this <br /> project could possibly be spent in a more effective way on the new City <br /> Hall expansion.
