MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 365-93 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE <br /> PERMIT FOR A TEMPORARY PORTABLE CLASSROOM FOR <br /> CHURCH UPON THE ROCK, 7901 RED OAK DRIVE <br /> PLANNING_ CASE NO. 366-93 <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> 66-9 3WHEREAS, Church Upon the Rock has made application <br /> for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the continued use of <br /> a temporary portable classroom at 7901 Red Oak Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, In 1988, the Mounds View City Council gave <br /> approval for a Conditional Use Permit for the placement of a <br /> temporary portable classroom on the property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the approved City Council resolution <br /> contained a "sunset" clause, which effectively revoked the <br /> permit after a five year period; and <br /> WHEREAS, the current request is in response to the <br /> sunsetting of the previous approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> request and found it in conformance with applicable City <br /> Codes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission recommends approval of the requested <br /> Conditional. Use Permit for the location of a temporary <br /> portable classroom for Church Upon the Rock, 7901 Red Oak <br /> Drive, �orttingent_upon—the fQ11_o�ing: _- <br /> 1. The approved temporary portable classroom shall <br /> be removed from the property no later than July <br /> 1, 1994 . <br />
