The hours of operation shall be 24 hours. <br /> After one year of operation the City shall hold <br /> a public hearing to solicit input on the hours <br /> of operation. If there are any negative com- <br /> ments, the hours of operation may be reduced. <br /> 5. The car wash facility shall include a blower <br /> system designed to remove as much water as <br /> feasible from the vehicle before it is allowed <br /> to exit the facility. This equipment shall <br /> operate as a--customer option_from April 16 to <br /> October 14 and as a mandatory service from <br /> October 15 through April 15. <br /> 6. A performance bond shall be provided by the <br /> applicant to ensure plantings are installed per <br /> City Forester recommendation. <br /> 7 .
