The provisions of the land acquisition were <br />discussed at the October 4th Work Session and finalized at the October 7th <br />meeting of the Golf Course Task Force. <br />The purchase price of Lot 16, Blaine North Star Industrial Park is $204, <br />504.80. The purchase price of the 2 1/2 lots of Doug Watson's property in <br />Mounds View is $356,604.94 for a total land acquisition cost of <br />$561,109.74. In addition to the land, the City will pay the pro -rated taxes <br />on Lot 16 from September 20, 1993 to the end of the year and as per State <br />law, the City will be responsible for the taxes on all the properties for <br />1994 (these would be 1993 taxes, payable 1994). <br />The land acquisition costs will be funded out of the proposed Revenue Bond, <br />the taxwill be paid urse <br />from the Revenue Bond .oThe purchase fisocontingent oupon t completion Fund and proceeds of the <br />bond sale. <br />ty <br />Motion to waive the reading and approve Resolution No. 4432 Approving the <br />Land Acquisitions for the Proposed Golf Course and authorizing the Mayor <br />and City Administrator to execute the Purchase Agreements. <br />
