Upon the <br /> withdrawal of all Member Departments , the land and <br /> • improvements shall revert to the City of Fridley. <br /> 17 . Dissolution. Upon unanimous approval by the Member <br /> • Departments, the dissolution of this Association may be <br /> adopted, at which time the Building and Property shall <br /> revert to the City of Fridley, and all other assets and <br /> liabilities shall be divided among the remaining Member <br /> Departments in proportion tothe contribution of the <br /> remaining Member Departments . ' <br /> [18 . Amendment.
