RESOLUTION NO. 4428 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAGE ADTUSTMENT FOR TRACY JUELL <br />PUBLIC WORKS SECRETARY <br />WHEREAS, Tracy Juell is a regular full-time employee who began <br />working for the City of Mounds View on February 25, 1991; and <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Juell's work performance has met the responsibilities <br />of Public Works Secretary as outlined in the job description; and <br />WHEREAS, her work performance has been satisfactorily reflected in <br />her performance review; and <br />WHEREAS, a wage adjustment that is consistent with the City's <br />compensation policy is recommended. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />hereby approve a wage adjustment for Tracy Juell from $10.66/hour <br />to $11.26/hour effective 10/14/93. <br />Presented this 11th day of October, 1993. <br />(SEAL) <br />Jerry Linke, Mayor <br />(ATTEST) <br />Samantha Orduno, City Administrator <br />
