RESOLUTION NO. 4429 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROACTIVE <br />STREET LIGHT INSTALLATION PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has a Street Lighting policy that provides for the <br />installation of street lights where determined by the City Council that it is in the best <br />interest of preserving the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council requested an analysis of the City's current <br />street lighting conditions to determine the need for installing additional lights where <br />deemed necessary; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Police Department has conducted a thorough analysis <br />of the street light needs in the City and has recommended a plan for installing street <br />lights; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council supports this plan and would like to proactively install <br />street lights based on the Police Department's recommendation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following plan be implemented for the <br />next three years, 1994-1996, with the priority being such: <br />1994 <br />Location <br />Lights <br />7600 block of Woodlawn 4 <br />Bronson Drive and Edgewood Drive 1 <br />Bronson Drive and Greenfield Avenue 1 <br />5751 Quincy Street 1 <br />Between Quincy and Hillview Road 1 <br />About 2085 Hillview Road 1 <br />About 2201 Hiliview Road 1 <br />1995 <br />Silver View Park (inside park) 2 <br />Hillview Park 1 <br />Lambert Park 1 <br />Rustad Lane and Quincy Street 1 <br />5711 Quincy Street 1 <br />
