PROPOSED PERMANENT TRAIL EASEMENT <br />A 32.00 foot permanent easement for trail purposes <br />over, under, and across that part of the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 8, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota lying to the left of the following <br />described line: <br />Commencing at the northwest corner of said Southwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter; thence southerly along the west line of said <br />Southeast Quarter, 516.80 feet to the northeasterly <br />right of way line of Highway 10; thence southeasterly <br />along said northeasterly right of way line, 293.62 feet to <br />the point of beginning of the line to be described; <br />thence continuing along said northeasterly right of way <br />line 515.72 feet to the northwesterly right of way line of <br />Woodale Drive and said line there terminating. <br />Said permanent trail easement contains ±16,497 square <br />feet. <br />LEGEND: <br />Permanent Trail Easement <br />Temporary Construction Easement <br />PROPOSED TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT <br />A 32.00 foot temporary easement for construction purposes over, under, and across that part of the Southwest Quarter <br />of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />lying to the left of the following described line: <br />Commencing at the northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; <br />thence southerly along the west line of said Southeast Quarter, 516.80 feet to the northeasterly right of way line of <br />Highway 10; thence southeasterly along said northeasterly right of way line, 212.89 feet to the north line of said <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and the point of beginning of the line to be <br />described; thence southeasterly along said northeasterly right of way line, 81.32 feet and said line there terminating. <br />AND <br />Together with a 15.00 foot temporary easement for construction purposes over, under, and across that part of the <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota lying to the left of the following described line: <br />Commencing at the northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; <br />thence southerly along the west line of said Southeast Quarter, 516.80 feet to the northeasterly right of way line of <br />Highway 10; thence southeasterly along said northeasterly right of way line, 212.89 feet to the north line of said <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence easterly along said north line to the <br />intersection with a line of a line lying 32.00 feet northeasterly of said northeasterly right of way line; thence <br />southeasterly along said line 98.04 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence continuing along said <br />line 81.32 feet and said line there terminating. <br />Said temporary construction easements contains ±4,373 square feet. <br />Said temporary construction easement to expire .
