RESOLUTION NO. 7357 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING A GARBAGE CONTRACT FOR CITY BUILDINGS <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received quotes for garbage and recycling <br />services from five vendors; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ace Solid Waste, Inc. submitted the lowest quote; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received satisfactory garbage service from <br />Ace Solid Waste, Inc. for the last four years. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View that the Mayor and City Clerk-Administrator are authorized to <br />sign the two year agreement. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 24th day of November, 2008. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> James Ericson, City Clerk-Administrator <br />SEAL
