<br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7392 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2008 - 2009 LABOR AGREEMENT <br />WITH LELS LOCAL 232 REPRESENTUING THE SERGEANTS <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the labor agreement between the City of Mounds View and LELS Local <br />232 expired at the end of 2007; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has been in negotiations with LELS in the preparation of a new <br />contract to cover the term from 2008 through the end of 2009; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in addition to other minor changes and language revisions, the following <br />represents the significant changes incorporated into the proposed 2008-2009 labor <br />agreement: <br /> <br />2008 Wages: increase 3% <br />2009 Wages: increase 3% <br />2008 Health Insurance Contribution $782 per month <br />2009 Health Insurance Contribution $832 per month <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View does hereby ratify the labor agreement for and with Local 232 of Law Enforcement <br />Labor Services, Inc., effective for two years from January 1, 2008 until December 31, 2009. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 22nd day of December, 2008. <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
