Review and consult with City staff regarding <br />Creative Kids Lease at the Community Center. Draft Assignment of Creative <br />Kids Lease and Resolution Approving Lease Assignment. Forward same to City <br />staff. Matter is presently pending. <br /> <br />MU210-43: Silver Lake Woods Condominium Association. Work with City staff and City <br />engineer to determine requirements that SLWCA needs to undertake regarding <br />roads. Work with attorney Pat Brinkman regarding matter. Update Petition and <br />Waiver Agreement and Street Transfer Agreement. Work with SLWCA attorney <br />regarding Agreements. Modify Agreement per request of City Council and City <br />staff. Revise Silver Lake Woods Street Transfer Agreement; correspond with P. <br />Brinkman regarding same. Matter is presenting pending. <br />
