As the City has no record of a flooding complaint from this property <br />owner, it is likely that when street ponding occurs, it is contained within the street and not <br />overflowing to the west. When Eastwood Road is reconstructed, this low point should be closely <br />examined to maintain the existing level of flood protection to the existing garage of 8290 Eastwood <br />Road.
