Installation of fence, sign, telephone, and electric poles and other kinds of posts or <br />poles. <br /> <br />Exemption from the permit requirements of this Chapter shall not be deemed to grant <br />authorization for any work to be done in any manner in violation of the appropriate best <br />management practices set forth in the City of Mounds View Land Disturbance Plan and <br />Implementation Requirements. <br /> <br />1303.07: SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: <br /> <br />Subd. 1. PERMIT APPLICATION: To obtain a permit, the applicant shall first file an <br />application on a form furnished by the City for that purpose. Every such application shall: <br /> <br />a. Identify and describe the work to be covered by the permit for which application <br />is made. <br /> <br />b. Describe the land on which the proposed work is to be done by legal description, <br />street address or similar description that will readily identify and definitely locate the <br />proposed building or work. <br /> <br />c. Indicate the purpose of the proposed work. <br /> <br />d. Be accompanied by plans, diagrams, computations and specifications and other <br />data as required in subdivision 3 of this Section. <br /> <br />e. State the valuation of the work. <br /> <br />f. Create a land disturbance plan as required by subdivision 3 of this Section. <br /> <br />g. Be signed by the permittee or authorized agent. <br /> <br />h. Give such other data and information as may be required by the City. <br /> <br />i. Approximate start date and anticipated date of completion. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. FINANCIAL SECURITY: <br /> <br />a. Security Required. The applicant shall provide the City with financial security to <br />ensure the performance of the applicant’s obligation pursuant to this Chapter. The <br />financial security may be in the form of a bond, letter of credit, escrow deposit or cash. <br />The financial security must be provided to the City upon the submittal of the permit <br />application. The City may use the financial security to assure that the work is completed <br />in accordance with the submitted plans and specifications and the provisions of this
