He then reviewed his memo with the Council and suggested this be 7 <br />discussed further at a work session. 8 <br /> 9 <br />Council asked that this be added to the March work session. 10 <br /> 11 <br />Attorney Riggs indicated he received a letter from Clear Channel requesting an opportunity to. 12 <br />personally address the Council regarding dynamic display billboards. He then said that Clear 13 <br />Channel wants to address the Council personally before submitting a request in writing. 14 <br /> 15 <br />Attorney Riggs indicated that he told Clear Channel to appear before Council at an upcoming 16 <br />Council Meeting. 17 <br />Mayor Marty said that he would like to have a brief discussion at a work session before meeting 18 <br />with Clear Channel. 19 <br /> 20 <br />12.
