RESOLUTION 7231 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />APPOINTING GARY STEVENSON AS CHAIRPERSON AND JEAN MILLER AS <br />VICE-CHAIRPERSON OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission consists of members <br />appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the majority of the City Council; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission shall conduct an election each year <br />in order to make its recommendation for the Chairperson and Vice-Person positions; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made a motion recommending the <br />appointment of Gary Stevenson as Chairperson and Jean Miller as Vice-Chairperson of <br />the Commission. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />The Mayor and the City Council do hereby approve Gary Stevenson to serve as <br />Chairperson and Jean Miller as Vice-Chairperson of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 25th day of February 2008. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(ATTEST) ____________________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />____________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, Interim City Administrator
