<br />Modifications to any of the three (3) water treatment facilities will require updates to achieve
<br />complete chemical code compliance. This should be kept in mind when choosing to accomplish
<br />any of the needed improvements. These three (3) observations were the main drivers to the
<br />implementation plan that was developed and included in Appendix I.
<br />8.2 Implementation Plan
<br />The main goal of the implementation plan is to accomplish the two main improvements listed
<br />above (WTP No. 2 rehabilitation and control panel replacement). Following those improvements
<br />WTP No. 3 rehabilitation and other various improvements were scheduled. These improvements
<br />are completely adjustable depending on the City of Mounds Views priorities and goals. They
<br />can also be spaced out more to accommodate funding coordination. In the current plan WTP No.
<br />2 and WTP No. 3 rehabilitations were spaced out to minimize budget issues and Mounds View
<br />staffing conflicts.
