Page 29 <br />Village Creek Townhomes <br />Village Creek <br />In 2010, Beard completed the Village <br />Creek redevelopment project in Brooklyn <br />Park that consists of 260 “for-sale” <br />townhomes (with Ryland Homes) and a <br />26,000 office/retail building, anchored by <br />Hennepin County Medical Center. <br /> <br /> The project included revitalization of <br /> Shingle Creek Park from a blighted <br /> area of high crime to safe residential <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Village at Circle Pines <br />In 2005, Beard completed master development of <br />the Village at Circle Pines, a 30 acre mixed-use <br />redevelopment.
