Is the City Council generally supportive of the type of development proposed, both <br />from a use and density perspective? <br /> <br />2. Is the City Council agreeable to the staging of the development as proposed? <br /> <br />3. Is the City Council comfortable moving forward with one proposal and signing a pre- <br />development agreement? <br /> <br />4.
