On May 8, 2014,
Staff received a phone call from the owner, Mr. Moritko, and Staff granted an extension
to Wednesday, May 21, 2014. This extension was also put in writing (please see letter
dated May 9, 2014).

The notice of this public hearing was sent to the business owner and to residences
within a 350 feet radius. This On-Sale
Intoxicating Liquor License will expire on June 30, 2014. If Moe’s wishes to renew this
license, then they will have to go though the Public Hearing process again and submit
additional liquor application materials from the State of Minnesota Gambling and
Alcohol Division.

Respectfully submitted,

________________________
Desaree Crane
