To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 8703, 1 <br />Authorizing the Abatement of Nuisance Conditions at 2832 Mounds View Boulevard (“Tires ‘N 2 <br />More”). 3 <br /> 4 <br />Council Member Gunn stated a pile of tires appears periodically on this property. She 5 <br />understood this wasn’t the first time that tires have been placed on this property. She was 6 <br />pleased that the City would be taking action to clean this property. 7 <br /> 8 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 9 <br /> 10 <br />8. CONSENT AGENDA 11 <br /> 12 <br />Council Member Meehlhause asked to remove Item 8B. 13 <br /> 14 <br />A. Resolution 8700, Renewing Lease Agreement with Dippin’ Chocolates, Inc., 15 <br />at the Mounds View Community Center. 16 <br />B. Resolution 8698, Appoint Parks and Recreation and Forestry Commission 17 <br />Chairperson. 18 <br />C. Resolution 8702, Approving a Settlement Agreement and Release of Claims. 19 <br />D. Schedule a Public Hearing on Monday, February 27, 2017, at 7:00 p.m., to 20 <br />Consider a Residential Kennel License to allow four (4) dogs at 8144 Pleasant 21 <br />View Court. Applicant: Alison Caldwell. 22 <br /> 23 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Meehlhause.
