<br />RESOLUTION 8739 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF A CIGARETTE/TOBACCO LICENSE FOR <br />AB LIQUOR, LLC. (DOING BUSINESS AS ABC LIQUOR) <br /> LOCATED AT 2840 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, AB Liquor, LLC (doing business as ABC Liquor) is requesting City <br />Council approval for a Cigarette/Tobacco License located at the 2840 Mounds View <br />Boulevard; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, AB Liquor, LLC (doing business as ABC Liquor)have submitted the <br />appropriate application materials and fees; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the licensing period would be from March 28, 2017 - June 30, 2017; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve a Cigarette/Tobacco License to AB Liquor, LLC (doing business <br />as ABC Liquor) located at 2840 Mounds View Boulevard from March 28, 2017 to June <br />30, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 27th day of March, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> Carol A.
