In accordance with Section 3.07 of the City Charter, the following summary will be printed in the official City newspaper in lieu of the complete ordinance: On May 8, 2017, the City Council adopted Ordinance 934 which revises the official Mounds View Zoning Map by changing the zoning designation of the property located at 2901 Mounds View Blvd (PID: 06-30-23-31-0031) from B-3 Highway Business to R-4 High Density Residential, and 80XX Groveland Rd (PID: 06-30-23-31-0241) from R-1 Single Family Residential to R-4 High Density Residential, having found there to be no adverse effects to the revision. A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection during regular business hours at Mounds View City Hall and is available online at the City’s web site located at www.ci.mounds-view.mn.us. SECTION 3. This ordinance takes effect 30 days after its publication in the official City newspaper.
