(Planning Case MU2017-001) <br /> <br /> <br />Introduction: <br />MWF Properties is proposing to construct a 60-unit apartment building at the NW <br />corner of Mounds View Blvd. & Groveland Rd. Apartments require a Conditional Use <br />Permit (CUP) within the R-4 High Density Residential District.
