<br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 8760 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ON-SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE <br />FOR THE MERMAID LOCATED AT 2200 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Mermaid’s Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2017; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City <br />Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, Staff received all application materials and fees; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Mermaid meets all the requirements under the City’s Liquor Code. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for The Mermaid for the period of <br />July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of May, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Carol A.
