(SCIPI) is expanding an existing building located at <br />4821 Mustang Cir. The property will be used by North Central Bus, Parts and Truck <br />Equipment, a subsidiary of SCIPI, for the customization and repair of buses and <br />commercial vehicles. The business operates facilities in Minneapolis (maintenance) <br />and St. Cloud (sales, maintenance & body shop). The Minneapolis location will be <br />relocated to Mounds View, and will employ 4 – 9 persons. As part of the business, <br />SCIPI is requesting to install three above ground fuel tanks, and to conduct major auto <br />repair. <br /> <br />The applications may be discussed together. However, separate Public Hearings are <br />required for each Conditional Use Permit request. <br /> <br />Discussion: <br />St. Cloud Industrial Products has submitted multiple applications.
