1 <br /> <br /> Agreement PUBW2016-14(R) <br /> <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW FOR <br />Reconstruction of County Road H (County State Aid Highway 9) <br />between Old Highway 8 and the easterly I-35W Ramp Terminal <br />S.P. 6284-162, S.P. 062-609-006, S.A.P. 146-020-011 <br /> <br /> <br /> Total Project Cost: $16,722,222.22 <br /> City Project Cost: $150,157.67 <br /> <br /> <br />Attachments: A – Project Cost Participation Based on Low Bid <br /> B – Project Storm Sewer to be Maintained by City <br /> <br />This Agreement is between the City of Mounds View, a municipal corporation ("City") and <br />Ramsey County, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, ("County") for the <br />County-led reconstruction of County Road H between Old Highway 8 and the easterly I- <br />35W Ramp Terminal (“Project”). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />1. The Project is identified in Ramsey County’s 2016 – 2020 Transportation Improvement <br />Program. <br /> <br />2. County Road H (CR H), in the area affected by reconstruction, is designated County <br />State Aid Highway (CSAH) 9 and is located within the City. <br /> <br />3. The Project has been designated by the Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />(MnDOT) as eligible for County State Aid Highway funds. <br /> <br />4. The Project has been designated as State Project (S.P.) 6284-162 and 062-609-006, <br />State Aid Project (S.A.P.) 146-020-011. <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />1. Responsibility for Design Engineering <br /> <br />1.1. Plans, specifications, and proposals will be prepared in accordance with MnDOT <br />State Aid requirements. <br /> <br />1.2. The County will prepare plans, specifications, and proposals for the Project, which <br />will include, among other things, the proposed reconstruction, alignment, profiles, <br />grades, cross sections, paving, concrete curb and gutter, medians, bridges, storm
