MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER AT 7:40 PM. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL: Bergeron, Gunn, Hull, Meehlhause, Mayor Mueller and Acting <br />Administrator Crane. <br /> <br />3. The meeting was closed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.03, to consider <br />strategies for labor negotiations, including negotiation strategies or developments or <br />discussion and review of labor negotiations proposals, conducted pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Sections 179A.01 - 179A.025. <br /> <br />Acting City Administrator Crane reviewed the ongoing negotiation efforts between the <br />City and the Public Works Bargaining Group. The City Council considered a response <br />for the Public Works group and directed Acting City Administrator to extend the <br />Council’s offer to the bargaining group. <br /> <br />4.
