<br />RESOLUTION 8786 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution Approving a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License for the <br />Mounds View Festival in the Park Committee to Allow Ole Piper Inn to sell Liquor <br />During the August 19, 2017, Mounds View Festival in the Park <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance the Mounds View City Code, Temporary Liquor Licenses may be <br />issued to a club, charitable, religious or non-profit organization for not more than three (3) <br />consecutive days; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Festival in the Park Committee is a non-profit organization <br />that is requesting to allow Ole Piper Inn of Blaine, Minnesota to serve liquor during the Mounds View <br />Festival in the Park on August 19, 2017; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Festival in the Park Committee approved to allow Ole Piper <br />Inn to serve liquor during the Mounds View Festival in the Park, contingent on City Council approval <br />of a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View liquor licenses must be approved by the City Council; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff has reviewed all application materials; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License to the <br />Mounds View Festival in the Park Committee to allow Ole Piper Inn to serve liquor during the <br />Mounds View Festival in the Park. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br />approve a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License to the Mounds View Festival in the Park Committee to <br />allow Ole Piper Inn of Blaine, Minnesota to serve liquor during the Mounds View Festival in the Park <br />on Saturday, August 19, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 10th day of July, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Carol A.
