The user selects contact information for him from the address book and <br />can specify which fields to send with the request. The user’s contact information from previous submission <br />will be saved. <br />Fields <br /> First Name [required] <br /> Last Name [required] <br /> Email address <br /> Mailing address (separate fields for parts (street number, street name, etc.)) <br /> Phone number <br /> Description of request [required] <br /> Lat-lon (using device GPS and can be overridden by user using a map window) <br /> Address fields (in case map doesn’t work) <br /> Pictures [multiple allowed, all optional] <br /> iPhone device ID [hidden] <br />Actions <br /> The map window will default to the device GPS location if available. If GPS is not available, the <br />map will default to the agency’s location. <br /> The pictures field will allow for the taking of a new picture or attaching an existing picture <br /> Upon submit, make an HTTP POST call to the Comcate web services API to create the case. <br /> Have a submission in progress page so the user knows the submission is not finished yet. <br /> If there is no data connection or the application is exited before successful submission, queue the <br />request for the next time the application is started. <br /> Upon successful submit, go to the “My Cases” application page <br />My Cases & Case Details pages <br />Description <br />A page listing cases a user has submitted with the status of each case. Clicking on an individual case gives <br />case details page for that case. The case details page will have a URL to the web case details page where <br />the user can add further comments to the case. <br />Implementation <br />Comcate will provide a JSON feed of cases with case information when passed an iPhone id (e.g. <br />http://clients.comcate.com/iPhone.php?deviceID=1234567). The feed will contain various case fields <br />including: <br /> Case number <br /> Date entered <br /> Description of request <br /> Additional comments from the user (multiple allowed) <br /> Responses from the agency (multiple allowed)
