RESOLUTION NO. XXXX <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ADOPTING THE FIVE YEAR FINANCIAL PLAN <br />FOR 2011 thru 2015 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Charter, Section 7.05 subdivision 1, calls for the City <br />Council to have prepared a five year financial plan commencing with the ensuing <br />calendar year shall be prepared annually and adopted by motion or resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and staff have reviewed the plan at a work session <br />and held a public hearing to take comment during 2010. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby adopt the Five Year Financial Plan for the period 2011 thru 2015, as attached. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 24th day of May, 2010. <br /> <br /> <br /> ___________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br /> ___________________________ <br /> James Ericson, City Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
