<br />Sunday Liquor Sales Report <br />September 7, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff has no problem recommending a reinsertion of the pre-noon Sunday liquor sales <br />provision consistent with state law, however the Council will need to determine whether an <br />additional license and/or fee will be required for the establishments to sell the additional <br />two hours.
