B-2 Zoning Code Discussion <br />Page 3 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Added conditional use: <br /> <br />- Restaurants, cafes and tea rooms with more than 24 seats and/or 2,000 square feet in <br />floor area, provided that there are not drive-thru and/or window pick-up services or the <br />serving of food to patrons in their vehicles. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council review and discuss the possibility of additional <br />permitted and conditional uses in the B-2 Zoning District.
