The specified computer system cost is $7455, which means that in <br />less than 11 months, the cost savings would cover the purchase price of the proposed <br />system. <br /> <br />During the months of December, January, and February, staff has made maximal use of <br />the editing resources at CTV, making 30 trips for the purpose of editing. CTV policies <br />permit edit suite reservations up to eight hours per week. As available, two edit suites were <br />used concurrently, one for actively editing and the second to process background tasks <br />such as capturing tapes or burning DVDs.
