MISDEMEANOR: Any person convicted of violating any provision of this <br />Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine or <br />imprisonment as specified by state statute. Such penalty may be imposed in <br />addition to an action against the financial security, a stop work order or <br />suspension or revocation of the PERMIT by the CITY. <br />Subd. 5. FINES: Any person that violates any provision of this Chapter may be given <br />an administrative citation and be required to pay an administrative fine pursuant <br />to the administrative offense provision of the CITY Code. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
