RESOLUTION NO. 8987 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER FOR TENNIS COURT GATES AT <br />GROVELAND PARK <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, upon recommendation from the Parks, Recreation & <br />Forestry Commission adopted resolution 8978 allocating funds to upgrade tennis courts at <br />Greenfield and Groveland Parks; and, <br />WHEREAS, resolution 8978 included $13,000 in contingency funds; and, <br />WHEREAS, the inclusion of two gates will allow handicap access, cleaning and <br />surface maintenance equipment into one of (Groveland) the courts; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View City Council <br />approves a change order not to exceed $9,500 for the construction and installation of two <br />access gates at Groveland Park. . <br />Adopted this 9th day of July, 2018 <br />Carol Mueller, Mayor <br />Nyleomunoe City Administrator <br />
