APPROVED <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, ;VIINNESOTA <br />Regular Meeting <br />October 25, 199: <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 551K <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by Mayor Linke at 7:00 <br />p.m. on Monday, October 25, 1993. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />ROLL CALL <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Linke, Councilmembers Trude, Wuori, <br />Blanchard and Quick. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: None <br />ALSO PRESENT: Samantha Orduno, City Administrator; Mike Ulrich, Public <br />Works Supervisor; <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Trude to approve minutes of October 11, 1993 <br />as amended. <br />Councilmember Trude asked that the minutes be amended by adding, <br />"naming parks after their locations not after people or organizations" on <br />page 9, paragraph 1, line 11. <br />Councilmember Blanchard also asked that the minutes be amended by <br />removing "County" from page 9, paragraph 3, line 6. <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS: <br />There was no special order of business. <br />
