AND INCLUDE <br />The Grant would be used to fund a part-time staff position dedicated <br />to recycling issues, city-wide promot- <br />ional/education compaigns, and <br />replacement of curbside recycling bins. The goals of the Mounds View <br />recycling program are to increase general environmental awareness <br />through education, increase the number of households participating <br />in recycling, and to increase the tonnage of materials collected. <br />3.
