Dynex has had the contract with the County since <br />August of 1991, and has provided an exceptional service not only to the <br />City of Mounds View but to the entire County. It is a service that is <br />certainly advantageous for the City of Mounds View and surrounding <br />communities in that hazardous waste items do not have to be taken long <br />distances. Dynex has a fine reputation not only in the community as a <br />business, but also as an outstanding partner in many public/private <br />cooperate efforts in the City. <br />The attached resolution is one that requests that Dynex be awarded the <br />contract and is, in essence, a resolution of support in its endeavors to <br />secure the contract. <br />Orduno, City <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Adopt Resolution supporting Dynex Industries, 4751 Mustang Drive, as a <br />Ramsey County Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility <br />
