Services provided on Saturday or Sunday or Legal Holidays will be <br />billed at 1.5 times the unit rates given above. <br />4. In the event of injuries to GME personnel because of hazardous or <br />environmental conditions on the site, the applicable unit rates <br />will be charged during all first aid and evacuation. <br />
