As a part of the grant <br /> application, the City Council must formally request the funding and <br /> the proposed budget. <br /> Please note that if the SCORE grant is awarded, budgeted funds can be <br /> used only for their allocated purpose (administration funds could not <br /> be used to fund publicity costs, for example) . <br /> Carla Asleson <br /> Recycling Coordinator <br /> RECOMMENDATION; <br /> Approve Resolution No. 4436, approving the recycling grant request to <br /> Ramsey County and authorizing acceptance of any allocated funding. <br />
