Mounds View City Council Page ThreE 411 Regular Meeting October 25, 199: PUBLIC HEARINGS a. 7: 05 p.m. - Consideration of Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Stanley Murzyn,. 2840 Highway 10 Mayor Linke called the public hearing to order at 7 : 12 p.m. Michele Severson, Administration Secretary, reported that Mr. Murzyn had provided the City with all required information with regard to the licensing of off-sale intoxicating liquor establishments per City Code. Severson further stated that as a part of Resolution No. 4438, a contingency to the liquor licensing stipulates that available off- street parking on the site will be provided according to the plan provided by the property owner dated December 8, 1992 and approved by the City Council by the adoption of Resolution No. 4410 . Severson also stated that Paul Harrington, City Planner, had visited the site and the paving is near completion and the striping has not been completed. Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 7: 17 p.m. MOTION/SECOND:.
